Celebrating the birthday of Emmeline Pankhurst

Hampshire female MPs [Maria Miller, Caroline Nokes, Mims Davis] and County Councillor Patricia Stallard, plus the Leader Cllr Roy Perry, join with County Council Chairwoman, Cllr Elaine Still, to lay a wreath of flowers to celebrate the birthday of Emmeline Pankhurst.  The ceremony took place in Queen Eleanor's garden at the Great Hall in Winchester on 15th July 2018.
